Quem pensou que a primeira segunda-feira do ano seria mais amena para o Grupo de Trabalho do Comando Nacional dos Banrisulenses, esqueceu-se da última semana do ano passado. Diante de algumas decisões tomadas pelo Banrisul no apagar das luzes do ano, os dirigentes cobraram assuntos pontuais na segunda-feira, 4/1.
Assim, foram colocados na primeira reunião temática do ano, além do assunto urgente relacionados à eleição ao Conselho de Administração do Banrisul, pedidos de esclarecimentos sobre dimensionamento e descadastramento de caixas em algumas agências, o descontentamento geral diante do novo crescimento das metas comerciais em um contexto ruim para negócios e para a saúde dos Banrisulenses e a insistência do comando em se ter no Banrisul um acordo de teletrabalho que contemple os anseios dos empregados.
Os representantes da diretoria do banco apontaram suas ressalvas e pediram um prazo até o dia seguinte para as respostas.
Uma nova reunião foi marcada para as 13h30, desta terça-feira, 5/1.
Como representantes dos Banrisulenses, participaram da reunião: Denise Falkenberg Corrêa (diretora da Fetarfi-RS), Luciano Fetzner (presidente do SindBancários), Sergio Hoff (diretor da Fetrafi-RS), Cleberson Pacheco Einchholz (presidente do Sintrafi-SC, de Florianópolis), Ana Maria Betim Furquim (diretora da Fetrafi-RS), Mariluz Carvalho (SEEB Santa Cruz do Sul). E os assessores jurídicos: Milton Fagundes, Antonio Vicente Martins e João Rosito.
Como representantes do Banrisul, participaram da reunião: Fernando Perez (Negociador), Gaspar Saikoski (Superintendente de RH), Paulo Henrique Pinto da Silva e Raí Mello (jurídico).
